Job Overview

• Provide 1:1 support to a child in an Early Years setting.

• Significant impact on a child's development.

• Full-time, temporary (until at least December 2025, with potential extension).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and supportive learning experiences.

• Collaborate with teachers and other staff.

• Maintain accurate records of student progress.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.

• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) - Essential.

• Patience, empathy, strong communication skills.
