Mid to Senior Level Producer

We're looking for an exceptional Producer to join a highly respected luxury events agency, known for delivering exquisite experiences for discerning clients-from intimate dinners and cocktail parties to large-scale, high-touch brand moments.

Must-Have Experience:

️ Agency background essential

️ Luxury sector experience or clients with extremely high expectations

️ Confident managing high-level clients with tact and professionalism

️ Experience across dinners, cocktail events, luxury hospitality

Core Responsibilities:

️ Manage full event delivery from creative brief through to de-rig

️ Brief and liaise with designers, fabricators, prop houses, and production teams

️ Understand the basics of scenic construction and materials to liaise effectively between production and client

️ Confidently source props, linens, furniture, and styling elements with taste and precision

️ Oversee table layouts, finishes, candlelight, and atmospheric details

️ Build and manage event budgets and schedules

️ Write clear briefs, manage multiple specialist suppliers, and handle admin

️ Guide junior team members and take full ownership of projects with light-touch support

️ Create detailed spreadsheets and paperwork with pride
