Your new company

Join a leading national property & real estate organisation undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation. Following recent acquisitions, the business is focused on seamlessly integrating new supply chains and elevating procurement capability across the group. You'll be part of a high-performing procurement function known for its collaborative culture, customer-first mindset and commitment to driving continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact during a critical phase of M&A integration while working with diverse stakeholders across the organisation.

Your new role
As Procurement Manager, you will take the lead on embedding newly acquired suppliers, contracts and spend into a unified, high-quality procurement model. Acting as the bridge between operations, finance and the procurement team, you will:

  • Analyse, cleanse and interpret complex spend, contract and supplier data to identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Conduct detailed opportunity analysis and benchmark incoming supply chains against existing categories.
  • Build and deliver clear communication and supply chain integration plans.
  • Identify and secure "quick wins" across cost, quality, sustainability and other value metrics.
  • Integrate new suppliers and spend into Business-as-Usual category plans and analytics.
  • Develop improvement roadmaps for 2027 and 2028, including total life cost and performance opportunities.
  • Lead procurement projects, negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance frameworks.
  • Act as a key escalation point for supply chain issues during the integration period.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure operational excellence and a seamless customer experience-particularly during peak trading periods.
  • Assess and mitigate supply chain risks linked to M&A activity.
  • Support the integration of procurement and finance systems as acquisitions transition into the core business.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrable procurement experience across sourcing, data analysis, contract management and supplier management.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights.
  • Strong negotiation and mediation capabilities with both suppliers and internal teams.
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills, able to craft clear reports and influence decision-making.
  • High levels of commercial acumen and the ability to quickly understand new categories and supply markets.
  • Confidence presenting data and facilitating cross-functional discussions.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build rapport across the organisation.
  • A customer-first mindset and a desire to raise standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • The resilience and agility required to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What you'll get in return

  • A salary up to £70,000
  • Hybrid working arrangements in Bristol with travel to suppliers expected
  • Make a significant impact during a pivotal period of M&A integration.
  • Work across multiple functions and build strong internal networks.
