Privately Owned Business - Audit Senior Manager
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting an Audit Senior Manager in our Leeds office focusing on Privately Owned Business. We have a strong track record in nurturing talented graduates and school leavers. This is only the 2nd time in 17 years that we are recruiting an Audit Manager or Audit Senior Manager externally.
The successful candidate will join a young, social, and established team with significant continuity in team members and clients. This opportunity is rare.
Our Leeds office, with over 325 team members, is located in the heart of Leeds' buzzing business district at 3 Wellington Place.

About the role
- Lead multiple audit engagements from planning to finalization in line with deadlines.
- Work closely with clients to provide exceptional service.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at audited entities and collaborate with senior staff, overseeing and developing team members.
- Work closely with senior leaders up to Partner level.
What are we looking for?
- Experience at an Audit Manager or Senior Manager level.
- Relevant audit experience in the Privately Owned Business/SME sector.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 and IFRS.
- Experience managing external audits for a portfolio of clients and leading audit teams.
- Experience in managing, training, and coaching team members.
