Bad Vilbel Germany (DE) Full-time Permanent Finance Professionals

As a Manager Internal Audit at STADA Arzneimittel AG, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall governance, risk management, and control processes across our global operations. Located in Bad Vilbel, specifically on Theodor-Heuss-Str, you will be part of the dedicated Global Internal Audit & Advisory Services department, working to ensure our corporate objectives align with regulatory standards and best practices.

What you can expect
  • You manage internal audit projects, ensuring compliance with established audit standards and methodologies.

  • You actively contribute to risk assessments to identify and assess key risks within the organisation, providing insights to enhance operational efficiency.

  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to further enhance the internal control environment.

  • You prepare detailed audit reports outlining observations and measures for improvements, ensuring clarity and actionable steps.

  • You monitor remediation actions and follow up on audit findings with responsible parties to ensure timely resolution.

  • You stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and internal audit best practices.

Whom we are looking fo

  • You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • You possess a professional certification such as CIA, CISA, or equivalent (preferred).

  • You have five to six years of experience in internal auditing, external auditing, or controlling with a good understanding of audit standards and methodologies.

  • You are able to assess complex information and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships across various departments.

  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, with effective time management and organisational skills.

  • You work effectively within a team and independently, demonstrating leadership qualities and resilience in challenging situations.
