Job Description

  • Own and maintaining 'best in class' internal and external financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance across the EMEA region.
  • Lead and manage the accounting team across various EMEA locations, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Ensuring professional career development of the team.
  • Ensure adherence to regional and international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in accounting systems, processes, and controls.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategy and reporting requirements.
  • Delivery of regular analysis
  • Be the EMEA subject matter expert on technical accounting matters

The Successful Applicant

Background will include:

  • A professional accounting qualification - ACA or ACCA and you will be practice trained with extensive PQE in industry
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting and accounting within a complex, international organisation.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on delivering accurate and timely results.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
