Private Yacht Sous Chef: 2:2 Rotation, New Build Training

Consortio RG Ltd. seeks an experienced Sous Chef to join a private 80m+ yacht. You will lead a galley team in a high-end culinary programme with a 2:2 rotation and an October start, including a comprehensive training package and long-term growth prospects.

Ideal applicants have sous/crew chef experience on large yachts, preferably with Michelin-level land-based background, strong leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic luxury setting.
