Private Funds Lawyer

Leading wealth management arm of a global bank is looking to appoint an experienced Private Funds lawyer to their collegiate Funds & Asset Management legal team in London.

Key responsibilities: managing Luxembourg funds/RAIFs, overseeing the full lifecycle of various fund products, and handling legal, risk, and compliance aspects. The role involves reviewing and advising on underlying investments, implementing regulatory changes, and supporting a broad range of fund products.

Candidate requirements: trained and qualified at a top City law firm, with approximately 6 years of PQE, possessing excellent technical knowledge of Luxembourg funds and RAIFs, structuring, maintenance, and distribution. Knowledge of QIAIFs, AIFMD, MIFID, SFDR, SDR, and experience with Jersey and UK funds, including UCITS, is advantageous.
