We're supporting a forward-thinking, independent advisory firm as they continue scaling their Private Client Advisory practice across Scotland. They're seeking a Senior Manager who thrives on problem-solving, building trusted client relationships, and delivering genuinely strategic advice to entrepreneurs, HNW individuals, family-owned businesses, and wealth creators.

This isn't a back office tax role - it's a seat at the table with business owners, helping shape decisions that matter.

What You'll Lead:

• Pure advisory delivery - bespoke tax planning, structuring & optimisation.
• Complex private client work - CGT, IHT, trusts, business succession, family wealth.
• Strategic input into client structuring across personal & business assets.
• Direct client interaction - no being "shielded" behind Partners.
• Commercial development - spotting opportunities, shaping solutions, winning work.
• Mentoring talented juniors and helping grow a modern advisory practice.

What You'll Bring:

• CTA / CA / ACCA qualified with deep private client tax expertise.
• A track record advising business owners, entrepreneurs & HNW clients.
• Ability to simplify complex tax matters & communicate with clarity.
• Commercial nous - you enjoy building relationships & shaping solutions.
• Leadership qualities - ability to guide, mentor, and inspire others.
