Group Treasurer - Global Events Business (part time, 0.6 FTE)

Up to £120,000 per annum (pro rata) + Benefits | London/Hybrid

We are currently partnering with a private equity-backed global events and exhibitions business seeking an experienced Group Treasury professional to lead its Treasury function on a part time basis (0.6 FTE).

This pivotal role will oversee all Treasury operations, ensuring strong liquidity management, robust financial controls, and effective risk management, while shaping the long-term strategic direction of the function. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team to optimise Treasury performance and drive transformation projects across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee cash management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and financial risk management across the Group.
• Manage and enhance the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) to drive automation and process improvements.
• Maintain and refine Treasury policies, controls, and compliance.
• Review and evolve the Treasury operating model, providing strategic Treasury advice to the senior leadership team.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders to execute key Treasury initiatives and projects.
