This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well established private client team in Stockport that continues to grow.

You'll be joining a settled and supportive team made up of experienced solicitors, junior lawyers and dedicated support staff, with plenty of good quality work readily available. The role offers real autonomy over your caseload, alongside senior support where needed, and the chance to play a key part in developing more junior members of the team.

Who we're looking for

• Private Client Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE
• Strong experience handling Wills and Probate matters independently
• Comfortable running a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Willingness to support and mentor junior team members (Desired)
• STEP qualified or keen to work towards STEP (Desired)
• Professional, approachable and collaborative in style

What you'll be doing

• Managing your own caseload of Wills and Probate work autonomously
• Advising clients with clarity, care and professionalism
• Supporting more junior members of the team alongside the Head of Department
• Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
• Contributing to the continued development of the private client offering
