This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of regulatory and disciplinary matters, acting for healthcare professionals and organisations on complex, high-profile cases. • Advising and representing clients in relation to professional discipline, fitness to practise, and regulatory investigations.
• Supporting on hearings before regulatory bodies.
• Handling a varied caseload with appropriate supervision and training.
• Working alongside experts in the healthcare and regulatory field.

• Solicitor NQ-5 PQE.
• Experience in healthcare regulatory law is advantageous but not essential.
• Candidates from a clinical negligence background with a strong interest in healthcare regulatory work are encouraged to apply - full support and retraining will be provided.
• Strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a passion for working in this specialist area.
