Private Client Solicitor

The Role

The firm is looking for a Solicitor (2+ PQE) with solid experience in core private client work and the confidence to manage their own files. You will handle a varied caseload including:

• Drafting Wills
• Estate administration and probate
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Basic tax and estate planning

You'll be joining a friendly team where high-quality work is prioritised over stringent targets.

Desirable Experience

Applicants with broader expertise will be warmly welcomed, particularly those with experience in:

• Trusts
• More complex tax and estate planning
• Partnership agreements
• STEP qualification (or interest in undertaking it)
