Prison Kitchen Chef - Lead 1,200+ Meals/Day, Safety

Sodexo at HMP Altcourse is seeking a Chef to supervise and coach prisoners in producing 1200+ meals daily. You will enforce food safety, hygiene and allergen controls while overseeing cleaning, stock rotation and Health & Safety procedures to support rehabilitation goals.

Ideal candidates hold City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ Level 1 & 2 in food production, with related industrial catering experience, and the ability to guide those with challenging behaviour in a prison setting.
