Principal Planning Officer needed in Guildford

This is a temporary role and the rate is £35.91ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be a case officer for a range of major, high profile and complex applications.

The post would suit either a someone who has a track record or managing a caseload of large schemes, working with stakeholders and consultees to deliver homes and meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting reports and recommendations for submission to the Planning Committee or for delegated decision and S106 negotiations.
