The Role

This is a hands-on Head Chef position with real autonomy.

You'll have the freedom to create and develop the menu, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and showcasing your own style.

You'll lead a strong kitchen team and be responsible for maintaining high standards across food, service and kitchen operations.

There's no rigid formula here.

You have the freedom to be creative, develop dishes and build a menu you're proud of.
