About the role

We are seeking a Year 3 Teacher who will help students develop their academic and personal skills in a supportive and creative environment. The role involves delivering a comprehensive curriculum while promoting critical thinking and problem solving skills. Collaboration with the school community is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons that promote critical thinking and problem solving.
• Analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
• Establish and maintain standards of pupil behaviour to create an orderly and productive environment.
• Collaborate with the wider school community, including colleagues, parents and external partners.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Eligibility for or holding British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Proven classroom experience or training.
