Primary Supply Teacher Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and adapting them as needed.
• Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
• Assessing and providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborating with school staff and fellow teachers.
• Adhering to school policies and procedures (including marking).

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments.
• A passion for education and a commitment to pupil success.
• Ability to build positive relationships within schools.
• Able to commute to South Buckinghamshire.
