Primary Supply Teacher Job Description:
Responsibilities- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and adapting them as needed.
- Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Assessing and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborating with school staff and fellow teachers.
- Adhering to school policies and procedures (including marking).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments.
- A passion for education and a commitment to pupil success.
- Ability to build positive relationships within schools.
- Able to commute to South Buckinghamshire.
