Primary SEMH & Wellbeing Lead (School-Based Role)

We are recruiting a Primary SEMH & Wellbeing Lead for a supportive inner city primary school.

This role focuses on emotional regulation, behaviour support, and pastoral intervention.

The Role

• Work 1:1 with pupils with SEMH needs
• Deliver emotional literacy and wellbeing sessions
• Support behaviour plans and de escalation
• Liaise with SENCO and families
• Provide in class behaviour support when needed
