Job Description
We are recruiting a Primary SEMH & Wellbeing Lead for a supportive inner city primary school.
This role focuses on emotional regulation, behaviour support, and pastoral intervention.
The Role- Work 1:1 with pupils with SEMH needs
- Deliver emotional literacy and wellbeing sessions
- Support behaviour plans and de escalation
- Liaise with SENCO and families
- Provide in class behaviour support when needed
- Psychology graduates
- Youth workers
- Behaviour mentors
- Experienced TAs with SEMH background
- Psychology graduates actively search SEMH roles
- Pastoral roles are increasing across Manchester
- Less competition than generic TA posts
