Primary School Sports Coach & Youth Worker - Flexible Roles

Aspire People is recruiting Sports Coaches and Youth Workers to support Monmouth primary schools. Roles range from full-time to part-time and flexible opportunities, starting September 2026 for long-term or supply placements. Candidates with activity-based experience can transfer to Teaching Assistant or school support roles.

You will engage pupils through sport and activities, supporting 1:1 and small groups, and help foster positive behaviour and independence in a school setting.
