On-site Service Manager - Supported Living (Adult Care)

Brook Street is seeking a Service Manager to lead a small 8-bed supported living service in Blackpool for adults with mental health needs and complex care requirements.

You will provide strong leadership to support teams, manage supervision, plan daily tasks and risk assessments, and ensure high standards of safeguarding and person-centred care on site. The role requires 37.5 hours per week with a 3-day management presence and a 1-in-5 on-call rota.
