What we're looking for in our Prep Chefs

• Experience working in a kitchen as a kitchen assistant or assistant chef
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
• Flexibility in hours; airport shifts can start at 3am
• Ability to provide a 5-year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check
