What we're looking for in our Prep Chefs
- Experience working in a kitchen as a kitchen assistant or assistant chef
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
- Flexibility in hours; airport shifts can start at 3am
- Ability to provide a 5-year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check
