- Reporting to : Report to Practice Leader or to CTO .
Visit Tech Leader Microsoft Cloud Architect for the Azure Infrastructure Practice is responsible for the design the supervision technical solutions, and technical leadership on customer projects. He is the guarantor of architectural solutions, coordinates technical teams and ensures customer satisfaction through efficient delivery in line with best practices.
Main responsibilities- Design and Supervision of Technical Solutions Cloud solutions: responsible for the design, architecture and implementation of cloud solutions tailored to customer needs, taking into account technical, budgetary and security constraints.
- Technical Coordination and Leadership : guides the technical teams and ensures coordination between SILAMIND teams and customers to guarantee consistency and proper execution of projects.
- Results Manager and Customer Interface Customer service: main point of contact for technical aspects, responsible for customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and the performance of implemented solutions.
- Pre-sales and management Participate actively in pre-sales activities, including the preparation and presentation of detailed, customized technical proposals to customers.
- Project Management Our responsibilities include: overseeing several cloud projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and specifications are met, and acting as the main point of contact for technical issues.
- Innovation and Technology Watch To stay at the forefront of innovation in cloud technology, by participating in conferences, conducting internal research, and testing new technologies that can benefit the company.
- Systems and Servers Windows Server on Azure, SQL Server on Azure, Linux on Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Virtualization and Cloud Management Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Stack, Azure Arc.
- Automation and Development Terraform, Bicep, Visual Studio.
- AI and Machine Learning Azure Open AI.
- Techniques :
- Mastering environments Azure and virtualization solutions ( Windows Server on Azure , SQL Server on Azure , Linux on Azure , Azure Virtual Desktop , Azure Stack , Azure Arc ).
- Expertise in cloud architecture design and infrastructure management, including technologies such as Terraform , Bicep and Visual Studio .
- Good knowledge of artificial intelligence solutions with Azure Open AI .
- Leadership and Project Management :
- Proven skills in technical leadership and in technical team management in complex environments.
- Experience in cloud project management team coordination and customer relationship management.
- Ability to managing resources and supervise the various aspects of a cloud project (planning, budget, quality).
- Certifications : Microsoft Azure certifications advanced level (e.g. : Azure Solutions Architect Expert ) are required.
- Languages : Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Training : BAC+5 degree, engineer or university equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or relevant technical field.
- Experience : Minimum 8 years' experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure with at least 3 years in a management role Tech Leader or technical manager .
- Ability to work as part of a team in an agile and innovative environment.
- Strong customer focus with a proactive approach to proposing solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Autonomy in managing cloud architectures and supervising technical teams.
