Job Description:

Job Title: Powder Coater

Location: Allenwood, co. Kildare

Starting rate: 20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, blasting, masking, and pre-treating components.
• Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment.
• Operate curing ovens and monitor curing temperatures and times.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality, colour consistency, and coating thickness.
• Identify and rectify coating defects where possible.
• Maintain powder coating equipment and ensure work areas remain clean and organised.
• Follow production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company quality standards.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling fabricated steel components when required.

Requirements

• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificates
• Previous experience in a similar role
