Job Title: Powder Coater
Location: Allenwood, co. Kildare
Starting rate: 20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, blasting, masking, and pre-treating components.
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment.
- Operate curing ovens and monitor curing temperatures and times.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, colour consistency, and coating thickness.
- Identify and rectify coating defects where possible.
- Maintain powder coating equipment and ensure work areas remain clean and organised.
- Follow production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and handling fabricated steel components when required.
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificates
- Previous experience in a similar role
