Platform (SQL) Automation Engineer
As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest Financial Clients, I am seeking for a Platform (SQL) Automation Engineer for a position in Heerlen, Netherlands. You are (jointly) responsible for designing, developing and implementing robust Infrastructure-as-Code and automation solutions. In doing so, you contribute to a secure, scalable and highly automated SQL platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and automating the entire product lifecycle, from design to implementation.
- Capture procedures in reusable, automated workflows.
- Continuously improving processes and systems.
- Intensive collaboration with fellow engineers and other teams.
- Coaching and guiding team members in their development.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server DBMS is a plus.
- Experience with Windows Server environments.
- Experience with other programming languages such as Python, C# or Java is a strong plus.E
- xperience with CI/CD Pipelines is a plus.A
- completed higher professional or university education in the field of IT.A
- t least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of automation.E
- xperience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, DevOps).K
- nowledge of and preferably certified in ITIL processes.A
- solution-oriented, positive-critical attitude.E
- xcellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
