Planning Team Lead - Fire & Security Solutions

Hall & Kay in Birmingham is seeking a Planning Team Leader to oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work orders and coordinate service delivery. You will lead a planning team while collaborating with engineering teams to enhance report quality, asset data accuracy, and job completion efficiency.

You will guide and develop planners, manage workload, and ensure timely RAMS, permits, and procurement processes, all while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to SLAs.
