Are you an enthusiastic, dynamic, and organised individual? Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to begin or advance your career in administration? The University of Lincoln is seeking a part time Administrator to join our Clinical Placements Centre (CPC) based in the College of Health & Science on the Brayford Campus. This is a busy and interesting role for individuals who are either experienced in, or eager to learn about all aspects of placement administration across a wide range of health related programmes, such as nursing, social work, pharmacy, medicine, dentistry and allied health professions.
As an Administrator in the Clinical Placements Centre, you will have an opportunity to play an important role in providing all of our students with a high quality experience whilst on a diverse range of placements. Excellent relationships with academic, professional services and practice colleagues on and off campus is essential. You will therefore need to be a confident and able communicator. You will provide administrative support to the Clinical Placements Centre team in day to day operations and collaborate with colleagues across the University to ensure adherence to key policies and procedures.
We are seeking a proactive individual with good administrative knowledge, or willingness to develop this skill. Reporting directly to the Senior Placement Administrator, you will receive support and training to develop your career in administration.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a significant contribution to the student experience, whilst working in a supportive and professional team environment. If you are looking for a new challenge in an innovative and collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you. If you would like further information or an informal discussion about this role, please contact Francesca Hague-Blundy - or Charlie Carter -
In support of our commitment to developing colleagues by providing opportunities for internal movement and promotion, applications for this opportunity will only be accepted from people who are currently employed by the University of Lincoln, our current students, and any currently engaged agency workers who have been with us for more than 12 weeks. We actively encourage applications from all colleagues across the University with the relevant skills and experience.
