Purpose of the role

The role of the Catering Assistant is to be responsible for meeting the nutritional needs of both patients and staff, following strict hygiene and HACCP food safety Hospital and statutory standards.

Please note: The post holder will be required to work a split shift around our meal service, 07.45am - 13.00pm and back from 16.30pm - 18.15pm.
