The Role

We're looking for an experienced Pasta Chef to create fresh, handmade pasta and delicious pasta dishes. Responsibilities include preparing dough, shaping and cooking pasta, developing new recipes, and ensuring high quality and consistency. Must have experience in Italian cuisine and strong attention to detail.
