The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Pasta Chef to create fresh, handmade pasta and delicious pasta dishes. Responsibilities include preparing dough, shaping and cooking pasta, developing new recipes, and ensuring high quality and consistency. Must have experience in Italian cuisine and strong attention to detail.
LocationSanremo Italian Restaurant - Bath. Located in the heart of Bath within a beautifully converted former NatWest bank, the restaurant offers an authentic and sophisticated dining experience. The setting includes historic architectural elements such as high ceilings, grand columns, and original bank vault details creating a unique ambiance.
Skills & Qualifications- Love Italian food
- Great energy, proactive attitude, and team spirit
- Boundless passion for pasta & pizza
- Previous experience as Chef De Partie is required
- English intermediate
