PingFederate Support Reliability Engineers - PingFederate
Contract | 400- 450 per day | 6 months (rolling)
We are working with a global US-based organisation (25,000+ employees) that is expanding its Identity and Access Management capability. The company is rolling out PingFederate across its entire business and is now looking to build a 24/7 support team to support a new Single Sign-On (SSO) platform.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale, business-critical programme with long-term potential.
The Role
You will be part of a global SiteOps/SRE/DevOps support team providing 24/7 operational support for the organisation's PingFederate SSO environment. The focus is on ensuring fast, secure access for users while maintaining platform stability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support, with escalation to 3rd line where required
- Supporting SSO access issues, password resets, and general fault finding
- Monitoring and maintaining the PingFederate platform
- Working closely with global teams across the US, Europe, and Asia
- Supporting the ongoing enterprise-wide rollout of PingFederate
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong PingFederate experience (essential)
- Background in DevOps, SiteOps, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Experience supporting production systems in a 24/7 environment
- Ability to troubleshoot access, authentication, and SSO-related issues
- Comfortable working to at least 2nd line support level
Contract Details
- Start date: 2nd March (can wait for the right candidate)
- Contract length: Initial 6 months, with ongoing extensions expected
- Rate: 400-450 per day
- Location: Portugal, EU, remote
