Pharmacy Technician - Ringsend

Job Overview

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join the team in our Allcare Ringsend store. This is a 30-hour permanent position with opening hours 9 a.m. to 6p.m., Monday to Saturday, closed on Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Be accurate with excellent attention to detail
• Prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist in a caring and professional manner
• Control stock levels and order medicines as determined by store requirements
• Prepare blister packs and process and track claims
• Report to and support the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy dispensary is an advantage; newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply
• Experience with McLernons MPS is an advantage
• IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies is an advantage
