About the Role
A growing pharmaceutical company based in Westminster, London, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across our portfolio of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.

This is an office-based role that requires strong experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry, along with excellent communication skills in English. Russian language proficiency is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for nutraceutical products, with a focus on brand positioning and market differentiation.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, risks, and opportunities.
Campaign Management: Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing activities, ensuring full compliance with MHRA and relevant industry regulations.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media content, and educational tools.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all marketing activity complies with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and other KPIs.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources efficiently and tracking spend to maximise returns.
Opportunity Identification: Explore new customer segments, markets, and product positioning opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in a marketing role within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry is essential
Understanding of healthcare regulations in the UK
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Russian language skills are a strong advantage
Strong analytical and project management skills
Ability to multitask and manage several campaigns simultaneously
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools
A degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
