What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage your own caseload of credit hire and personal injury matters from instruction through to trial or settlement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Handling a variety of credit hire and personal injury claims independently
• Valuing claims and advising on prospects and quantum
• Drafting legal documents and court proceedings
• Negotiating settlements and complying with court directions
• Keeping clients informed and maintaining clear communication with all parties
• Hitting achievable KPIs with the support of a collaborative team

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience handling both credit hire and personal injury claims
• A strong background in litigation
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• First-class written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
• A strong billing record
• A driving licence or currently learning to drive
