The Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with a strong track record in implementing HR modules within D365 Finance and AX 2012. This is a key role within a high-profile transformation programme, requiring both hands-on configuration expertise and stakeholder management skills.

You'll lead on functional delivery, guiding clients through the full implementation life cycle-from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver D365 HR module implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Analyse and translate business processes into functional designs and documentation
- Configure, test, and demonstrate D365 HR functionality
- Manage data migration and system integration testing for HR modules
- Support UAT, cutover planning, and go-live activities
- Lead and mentor consultants, owning key deliverables and client engagement
- Conduct workshops, facilitate decisions, and manage stakeholder expectations

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience implementing D365 HR modules (essential)
- Experience with AX 2012 and D365 Finance
- 3-4 full life cycle implementations
- Strong understanding of HR data entities and data migration strategies
- Confident stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Skilled in functional design, documentation, and DevOps tracking
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred
