Job Description

Personal Assistant (PA) role based in Bromsgrove supports the General Manager and Managing Director with day to day operations. This full time, office based position offers a salary between £27,000 and £29,000 per annum.

Beyond typical diary management, you will keep the office organised, solve problems, and ensure smooth business functioning. You will handle multiple priorities, use your initiative, and become a trusted support to the leadership team. The role requires a confident administrator who enjoys variety and being at the centre of the business.

We are a growing, ambitious business looking for an organised and proactive individual to provide day to day support to our General Manager and Managing Director.

PA Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the General Manager and Managing Director.
  • Manage and prioritise the Managing Director's inbox, responding or escalating emails where appropriate.
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings and appointments.
  • Arrange UK and international travel, including flights, hotels and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documents and presentations as required.
  • Take minutes and follow up on actions where necessary.
  • Order office stationery and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Support with office administration and help ensure the workplace runs efficiently.
  • Liaise with suppliers and external contacts.
  • Assist with organising company meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents and filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support across the business as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative, executive support or office support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • The ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
  • A positive, can do attitude with a willingness to get involved wherever needed.
  • Professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
