Hours: A variety of shifts including after school, early evenings and weekends

Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our fourteen year old daughter who lives with us and her siblings in Prestatyn.

Our daughter has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, a learning disability and epilepsy. She currently receives support from our small team of Personal Assistants who support with all daily living tasks. Our daughter loves the outdoors and watching the Disney channel on TV.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant who is fun loving and energetic and will ideally have some flexibility around the hours that they can be available. We look forward to building a rapport with our PA's and will be happy for them to become involved with the planning of activities and experiences with our daughter both on a one to one basis and alongside our existing Personal Assistants.

This support will enable our daughter to remain within a comfortable environment whilst allowing her siblings to access activities of their own.
