Vehicle Rental Hire Administrator

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the vehicle rental sector desirable, but applicants with customer service or administrative skills will be considered.
• Excellent communication skills, both face to face, written, and telephone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Held full driving licence for minimum 12 months.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Group Rental Manager and work as part of a valued team.
• Deal with customer enquiries, allocation of vehicles, coordination of vehicle collection and deliveries.
• Ensure the local team achieves profit and targets set, while running the branch operation safely, efficiently, and cost effectively.
