Personal Assistant - Data Technology Unit
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team in the newly established Data, Technology, and Insight Directorate. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an innovative team at a pivotal time for the organisation!
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Provide top-notch diary and administrative support to Senior Directors and Executive Directors.
- Manage complex and dynamic diaries, ensuring that priorities are met with sound judgement.
- Serve as the essential link between the Senior Leadership Team and the wider organisation, fostering communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare daily briefing packs, review upcoming engagements, and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place.
- organise travel and accommodation while processing expenses in line with policies.
- Collaborate with fellow Personal Assistants to provide seamless support across the Directorate and beyond.

Exceptional Administrative Skills: Proven experience in diary management and prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong Communication Abilities: Experience building relationships across various levels of seniority and departments.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively while also managing your own workload independently.
Attention to Detail: Experience handling sensitive information with precision and care.
Tech Savvy: Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
