Your roleOur central recruitment, finance, sales and marketing teams support you so you can focus on championing exceptional care. Your responsibilities include:
- Provide supportive leadership across homes that need interim management
- Ensure personalised, high-quality care in line with individual plans
- Maintain a safe, compliant and well run environment in each home
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, colleagues and local communities
- Support homes to achieve strong performance, stability and continuity of care
- Have management and clinical experience gained across at least two nursing homes
- Possess a strong operational understanding and a calm, people focused approach
- Demonstrate confidence in leading teams through change and supporting different homes
- Hold a valid NMC PIN
- Hold a full driving licence and be able to travel across regions when needed
