Your role

Our central recruitment, finance, sales and marketing teams support you so you can focus on championing exceptional care. Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide supportive leadership across homes that need interim management
  • Ensure personalised, high-quality care in line with individual plans
  • Maintain a safe, compliant and well run environment in each home
  • Build trusted relationships with residents, families, colleagues and local communities
  • Support homes to achieve strong performance, stability and continuity of care
  • Have management and clinical experience gained across at least two nursing homes
  • Possess a strong operational understanding and a calm, people focused approach
  • Demonstrate confidence in leading teams through change and supporting different homes
  • Hold a valid NMC PIN
  • Hold a full driving licence and be able to travel across regions when needed
