Job Description
The Perfume Shop in Gateshead is seeking a proactive Team Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations and to lead a frontline team. You will coach and motivate staff, manage rosters and payroll budgets, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving store targets.
This permanent role offers 16 contracted hours, a pay rate of £14.49 per hour, and benefits including discounts and progression opportunities.
