Perfume Shop Team Lead - Coach, Motivate & Drive Sales

The Perfume Shop in Gateshead is seeking a proactive Team Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations and to lead a frontline team. You will coach and motivate staff, manage rosters and payroll budgets, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving store targets.
