Job Description: As a Performance Engineer at Causal, you will optimize the core calculation engine of a next-generation spreadsheet tool. You will tackle complex engineering challenges involving high-capacity data pipelines and graph algorithms to ensure lightning-fast performance. This role is pivotal in scaling Causal's infrastructure to handle increasingly sophisticated datasets for global enterprise customers.

- Has 5+ years of software engineering experience with a deep understanding of backend technologies including Go, Node.js, and Redis.
- Possesses strong expertise in algorithms and data structures, specifically graph algorithms, to solve intricate computation and scaling challenges.
- Proven track record in a Series A to C startup environment with the ability to take features from initial concept to production independently.
