Job Description
Anantara The Marker Dublin is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager with a strong HR background to support People & Culture in a luxury hotel setting. You will manage data in SAP, coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll and compliance while ensuring exceptional guest service through your team.
The role requires at least one year of HR experience in Ireland, preferably in hospitality, and familiarity with SAP.
