People Advisor: HR & Payroll Solutions

United Infrastructure Water Limited is seeking a proactive People Advisor to join the UI People Team, delivering responsive HR support to internal and external stakeholders across the organisation.

You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, support ER matters, payroll processes, and absence management, and contribute to change initiatives such as TUPEs, restructures and exit interviews, while upholding data protection and confidentiality.
